The Wedding-Papericious Pattern Paper September Release.

Dear Friends
You would all agree with me that LOVE is one of the greatest feeling that transforms life. And to be ONE in wedlock with the person you love even greater.

Marriage in communion of two souls that perhaps were made together but put in different bodies. Its one of the most celebrated event in one’s journey of life. And to make this special event memorable, I am presenting a wedding box cum memoir.

Today I would like to share the Shadow Book Box introduced by Papericious. I really enjoyed working on this product .The Wedding stack has all the elements required to work on. It's awesome. Fabric flowers are really matching with the stack. Shaker embellishment with the sequins is amazing, isn't it??. I have used Laces from papericious also. Lots of fussy cutting is done, which you can find in Embellishment sheetJournal sheet and Quote sheet.
Sharing the pix bellow.

I hope you all enjoyed my work and would like to hear your words
Have A Nice day!!!

Mixed Media Card Tutorial -You Are Simply The Best

Hello Dear Friends,

Today I'll share mixed media card tutorial, which i really enjoyed working. I'm in love with the Lindy's magical these days and that is what i have created this card. So lets share the tutorial.

Tutorial:

1. Take white card-stock size 6"x 6". Black base size is 6.25"x 12.5".
2. Apply white gesso on the base.
3. Sprinkle some Lindy's ink randomly and then spray some water.
4. Now take stencil ( i had taken Rebecca Baer stencil-enchanted vine/small) and apply modelling paste and let it dry.
5. Now sprinkle some Lindy's magical and spray water. Let it dry.
6. To highlight the stencil i had applied art alchemy acrylic paint-opal magic violet-green (this was real magic)
6. Take black archival ink and do stamping randomly, and embellish it according to your choice.
7. Add sentiment, ribbon with twine. And your card is ready!!!

I hope you all will enjoy this tutorial ,

My Love for Butterflies and Nature and Mudra Stamps

"Nature has a great simplicity
and therefore a great beauty."

Hello Dear Friends,
Shalini Pahwa here from artforte. Today i would like to share some inspiration from Mudra Stamps.
I created these two tags, which i enjoyed working on with these gorgeous stamps.
For this leafy tag, gesso was applied on the base and then dry wall tape and  modelling paste with prima stencil, and then sprinkle some Lindy's magical and spray water. After the background was created, fussy cut the leaf stamp( i have used distress ink-peeled paint, frayed burlap, forest moss, aged mahogany) and embellish it with resin frame, beads, sequins, round gems and using mudra sentiment-best wishes.
 Mudra Stamps used:

For this Butterfly Tag, background was created with distress ink-broken china, chipped sapphire, aged mahogany and then leaf stamp with aged mahogany and script stamp is also used on the background. On the edges apply versa mark and sprinkle shabby embossing enamel and heat it.
Fussy cut this beautiful butterfly mudra stamp( i have used black archival ink and  used Lindy's spray) and sentiment-thinking of you.
